Great location plus spacious room!

Had a blast visiting the Xmas market, just a short walk away. The room was super spacious and clean. On the downside, the bar could've used more staff. Breakfast was mixed. Rolls on day two were hard. But overall, a nice stay!

The warm welcome at check-in and the charming historical atmosphere made our stay special. The connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi were frustrating during our three nights as we planned our visits.

The hotel was pleasant, as you can expect from Arras. The staff was welcoming and courteous, really enjoyed this place. The breakfast food was splendid! Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the purpose, recommend it.

The hotel is ideally located near significant WW1 memorial sites, providing easy access to explore the rich history of the area.

Service at the bar during dinner was significantly lacking, as the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive.
